SPECIFICATIONS for MODEL RP10
DC INPUT: -48VDC nominal. Full output over -42VDC to -58 VDC input range.
AC OUTPUT: 93VAC @ 0.10A under normal conditions. Peak loading to 0.12A permitted for short duration.
AC OUTPUT REGULATION: Total line and load regulation is less than 10% for the full DC input range and from no load to full load.
OUTPUT ISOLATION: The AC output is referenced to the -48VDC input.
AC OUTPUT FREQUENCY: 20Hz +/- 1Hz is standard. 30 Hz and other frequencies available.
AC OUTPUT WAVEFORM: Simulated sine wave with less than 20% distortion.
ZERO CROSSING SIGNAL: An optocoupler isolated open collector NPN transistor is turned on for approximately 2 milliseconds at every zero crossing of output voltage. This transistor will control 5mA @ 20VDC. The signal is used to phase control the ringer loads allowing triple capacity.
CURRENT LIMITING: Output has current limiting with full protection and automatic recovery.
OUTPUT INDICATION: An open collector NPN transistor is turned on whenever the AC output is properly operating with -48VDC bias. This transistor will control 5mA @ 20VDC and is optocoupler isolated.
TEMPERATURE RANGE: Ambient temperature range is 0 to 50 degrees C for full load operation.
MOUNTING: Standard model has been designed for installation on a mother board. A substitute connector (Optional Features) permits input/output via a cable connector and mounting on any surface.
CONSTRUCTION: PC board assembly and cover 2.5" x 4.8" with maximum overall height of 0.70".
WEIGHT: 5 oz.
